Consent to the processing of my personal data

By ticking the box labelled “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and clicking the “Register” button, I consent to Lavasta Group LLC Lavasta Group LLC (hereinafter referred to as the PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER) processing my personal data on the terms set out below. I understand and agree that:

1. The personal data processed by the PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER includes my first name and, optionally, my surname and patronymic, as well as my email address, telephone number and any other information I voluntarily provide.

2. The PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER processes my personal data for the following purposes: entering into and performing contracts and other transactions initiated by me; advertising and promoting events organised by the PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER; and other compatible purposes that do not conflict with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

3. The PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER may receive, collect, accumulate, store, use, update and enter my personal data into its databases, transfer them in whole or in part to third parties for the purpose defined in clause 2 of this consent, and also destroy them, including by means of information (automated) systems. No further notice of such processing or transfer is required where these activities are carried out for the purposes specified in clause 2 of this consent.

4. This consent remains valid for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes specified in clause 2 and may be withdrawn by submitting a request to the PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER.

I confirm that I have been informed of the identity of the PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER, the types of personal data that will be processed, the purposes of processing, and my rights under the applicable personal data protection laws of Ukraine.
