Returns and exchanges policy

The company processes returns and exchanges in accordance with legal requirements.

Refunds for goods are processed within 7 days of submitting the relevant request.

Return period

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt (for goods of proper quality). Return shipping is arranged by agreement. According to applicable law, you may return or exchange a product of proper quality if:

the product has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
the product is complete and the original packaging is intact;
all labels and manufacturer's markings are preserved;
the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.

Warranty:

Products purchased in our store come with a warranty confirming our commitment to address manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by natural phenomena and/or natural disasters;
damage caused by using the product for unintended purposes;
damage resulting from violation of operating rules or technical modifications, repair, or alterations that changed the product's construction;
normal wear and tear of the product;
damage caused by careless handling or use (scratches, mechanical damage, liquid or insect ingress, etc.);
broken warranty seals.
