Delivery and payment terms

Delivery is only available with full prepayment.

Delivery methods

  • Nova Poshta
  • Shipment via Nova Poshta carrier according to their rates. The item is stored at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 business days. After that, the item is returned to the sender. Please notify us if you need to extend the storage period.

Payment methods

  • Prom payment
  • Payment by bank details
  • Non-cash payment (bank transfer). You can pay for the ordered goods via the Privat24 app or any other bank using the IBAN details or invoice. After the order is confirmed by the manager, you will be provided with the necessary payment details. Orders are shipped only upon 100% prepayment.
  • Payment by Visa, Mastercard card - WayForPay

Warranty:

Products purchased in our store come with a warranty confirming our commitment to address manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by natural phenomena and/or natural disasters;
  • damage caused by using the product for unintended purposes;
  • damage resulting from violation of operating rules or technical modifications, repair, or alterations that changed the product's construction;
  • normal wear and tear of the product;
  • damage caused by careless handling or use (scratches, mechanical damage, liquid or insect ingress, etc.);
  • broken warranty seals.
